Second-hand bikes.

For owners who purchased a second-hand bike from a previous owner who purchased the bike from us, we will require the new owner to show us the receipt and a minimum diagnosis fee of $120 will be charged. This charge will not include any hands-on work. The bike MUST be in its original condition and specification. Diagnosis fees vary depending on the bike condition. This falls under Bicycle Services & Repairs.

Warranty are non-transferable to Second-hand bikes owners. Tuning, Adjustments, Alignments, Servicing, Repairs, Components Replacements, Labour will be charged individually. Charges vary depending on the job scope on top of the minimum diagnosis fee. 

Bikes with technical or other issues that are being caused by modifications, adjustments, adding additional weight to the bike, etc........., we have the right to reject the bike after the Diagnosis. (Charges apply)

For DAHON Bikes, please refer to the warranty contract as stated by DAHON.

Bicycle Services & Repairs, Diagnosis of bikes, when agreed before, during & after the work is carried out, will not reinstate back the warranty on the bike.

We will only provide Bicycle Services & Repairs to the bike subjected to the availability of spare parts and components. Charges for parts and components replacements will be charged accordingly. This applies to both DAHON & Other bikes we are carrying. (Repair & Labour services apply depending on the job scope.)

Walk-in requests will not be accepted. Please Make An Appointment before coming down to deposit your bike. There will be NO instant or Urgent Service as we will be attending to our customers bikes according to queue order. Bicycle Services & Repairs will be ranging from at least 3 days or more after the bike deposit.

Please note that we will not install any 3rd parties components.

Strictly No Bicycle Services & Repairs bikes on weekends.

The receipt must be shown upon bike deposit. We will not provide any Services for bikes without receipt.

• Strictly No Bicycle Services & Repairs bikes on weekends.
• We only work on bikes sold by us.
• Minimum charges apply.
• An Appointment must be made.
• Please note that there will be no warranty for second-hand bikes.
• We will not work on bikes that have been neglected where servicing will not help bike. Eg, rusty components, extremely dirty, etc........
• Diagnosing fees will be charged on top of the basic charges if modifications had been done to the bike. (This falls under Bicycle Services & Repairs.)
• Diagnosing fees & basic charges are not refundable. 
• We have the right to reject the bike for Bicycle Services & Repairs depending on the seriousness of the issue. 
• In no event, we will be liable on bikes that are brought back for Bicycle Services & Repairs along with the components & accessories which are installed on bikes.
• If agreed upon, Installing of components and accessories not sold by us will be charged with labour fees. We will not liable for components & accessories damages before, during and after the installation process.
• There will be no extension of the warranty period on the bikes before, during & after the Bicycle Services & Repairs process.
• There will be no warranty period for Bicycle Services & Repairs.
• After the bike deposit with us, the bike owner agrees to our policies & terms & conditions.
